Cookie Policy

This English text is provided for convenience only. The legally binding version is the Turkish original at intusell.com/cerez. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This page explains which cookies and browser storage we use on intusell.com and in the inTusell dashboard, what they do and how you can change your choice. Everything except the necessary ones runs only with your permission.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file your browser stores when you open a site, so the site can recognise you on the next page or remember a choice. Browser storage (local storage) does the same inside the browser.

2. Necessary cookies

The site and the dashboard do not work without these; they need no permission.

  • Session (sb-…-auth-token): Keeps you signed in. Deleted when you sign out.
  • Active business (intusell_active_tenant): If you have more than one business, remembers which one is open in the dashboard. 1 year.
  • Agency switch (intusell_impersonate_tenant): Used when an agency account opens a client business’s dashboard. 30 minutes.
  • Language (intusell_locale): Remembers the language you chose. 1 year.
  • Cookie preference (intusell_consent): Stores your accept or reject choice from this page. 6 months.

3. Cookies that run with your permission

They run if you choose “Accept” in the bar at the bottom of the page. If you choose “Reject” or close the bar, none of them is written.

  • Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_<id>): Measures how the site is used (which pages were opened, where visitors came from). The IP address is shortened before processing. Loaded only if you choose “Accept”. Google’s lifetime is up to 2 years.
  • Ad source (intusell_src): If you came by clicking one of our ads, or the "Try it with your business" button on a preview share link someone sent you, it records where you came from: campaign tags (for an ad, the campaign and ad size; for a share link, only a share tag), landing page and time. It contains no personal data; the share link itself and its code are not recorded. If you create an account, this is stored as your account’s source and the cookie is deleted. 30 days.

4. Measurement without cookies

  • Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (no cookie): Provide page view and speed measurements. They use no cookies or browser storage; they do not identify visitors and only produce aggregate numbers.
  • Ad click counting (intusell.com/r/…): When you click our ad link, the click is counted on our server and nothing is written to your device. To count the same visitor once per day we keep a one-way digest of the IP address that changes every day. We never store the raw IP address and we delete the digest after 7 days.
  • Error logging (Sentry) (no cookie): Records technical details if a page fails. It uses no cookies and screen recording is off.

5. Browser storage

  • Language (intusell_locale): The language you chose is also kept in the browser.
  • Chat session (intusell_widget_session_id): Created when you send your first message in the site’s chat bubble, so the conversation continues after a reload.
  • Contact details you gave in chat (intusell_widget_contact): If you gave your name and contact details in the chat, they are kept for 30 days so we do not ask again.
  • Opening an account from the preview (intusell_site_trial): If you choose “Hire this salesperson” in the home page preview, your business name and website address or the list you pasted are kept only in this browser to fill in the form when you open your account. After 7 days they are no longer used and are deleted the next time you visit the home page or setup; they are deleted right away when you finish setup or sign out of the dashboard.
  • Dashboard preferences (various): Small choices in the dashboard after you sign in, such as dismissed tips and view settings.

6. Changing your choice

You can change your choice at any time. The button below deletes your choice and the Google Analytics cookies, and the bar appears again. If you choose “Reject”, the ad source cookie is deleted on the next page.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in.

7. Payment page

Payment takes place on iyzico’s own page. Cookies there are subject to iyzico’s policy.

8. Changes

If we add or remove a cookie we update this page and its date. How personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
