1. Purpose of the Program

The inTusell Partner Program provides lifetime commission income to individuals or businesses that promote our platform and bring in new paying customers. This agreement governs the rights and obligations between the partner and inTusell, the commission calculation, the payment conditions and the fraud prevention policy.

2. Commission Rate

For every customer who registers through the partner's referral link and purchases a paid plan, the partner earns a commission equal to 30% of the monthly subscription fee. The commission is paid every month for as long as the customer continues an active subscription (lifetime recurring). In case of a plan upgrade it is calculated over the new amount; if the customer downgrades the plan or cancels the subscription, the commission is discontinued as of the relevant month.

3. Payment Conditions — 3-Layer Security

In order to keep the program fair and closed to abuse, a payout request cannot be created unless all three of the following conditions are met:

  1. Layer 1 — Minimum 3 Paying Customers

In order for the partner's first payout to be unlocked, at least 3 different customers must register through the referral link and switch to a paid plan. Until this threshold is met, commissions are calculated and kept in "pending" status and are not paid. Once the threshold is met, all existing earnings (including the 1st and 2nd customer) retroactively become eligible for payment.

  2. Layer 2 — 30-Day Approval Period (Hold Period)

A 30-day approval periodruns from each customer's first payment. During this period the earning is in "locked" status. If the customer cancels or files a chargeback within 30 days, the relevant commission is reset to zero. When the 30 days are completed without issue, the earning automatically moves to "available" status.

  3. Layer 3 — Uniqueness Check

For each referral the following fingerprint data is checked, and repeated registrations under the same partner account are automatically flagged as fraud:

    • Credit card BIN number (a second registration with the same card is blocked)
    • Phone number (uniqueness in E.164 format)
    • Device fingerprint (IP + User-Agent hash)
    • Self-referral detection with the partner's own e-mail address

Referrals flagged as fraud are included neither in the threshold nor in the payout amount. Suspicious patterns are escalated to admin review.

4. Minimum Payment Amount and Method

In order to request a payout, the "available" earnings balance must be a minimum of 500 TL. IBAN (a Turkish bank), PayPal or Papara can be selected as the payment method. The partner is obliged to provide valid account information when creating the request; return costs arising from incorrect information are deducted from the partner.

5. Approval and Payment Schedule

Payout requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days. Approved requests are paid within 5 business days at the latest. After approval, the earning amount is kept in "approved, awaiting payment" status; once the payment is made it becomes "paid" and the bank/PayPal reference number appears in the panel.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Self-referral — the same person registering under different identities.
  • Reuse of the same credit card, phone or device information.
  • Guaranteeing a discount to the customer, making misleading promotions about the platform, spam messaging.
  • "Abuse" directions aimed at making the customer register and cancel immediately.
  • Using the referral code to produce negative content against the platform.

If any of the above conduct is detected, the partner account is suspended and the amounts earned but not yet paid up to that moment are cancelled.

7. Tax and Documentation

The partner is personally responsible for declaring the commissions received in accordance with the tax legislation of their own country. For partners residing in Türkiye, inTusell may, where necessary under the Turkish Income Tax Law (Gelir Vergisi Kanunu), request an expense voucher (gider pusulası) or a self-employment receipt (serbest meslek makbuzu). Legal entities are required to issue an invoice.

8. Term and Termination of the Agreement

This agreement begins upon approval of the partner application and remains valid indefinitely unless either party terminates it. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior written notice. In case of termination, the earnings that have become available up to that moment are paid to the partner's account; those in locked (hold) status complete their period and are paid in the normal flow.

9. Amendments

inTusell may update the terms of this agreement from time to time. Amendments are notified to the partner by e-mail and are deemed accepted if not objected to within 15 days. Key parameters such as the commission rate, the minimum customer threshold and the hold period may only be changed prospectively; no retroactive application is made.
