Agency panel guide: manage all clients from one screen
Track client accounts from one screen with the inTusell Agency Panel: MRR, churn risk, team seats and a 30-minute support mode. Setup and daily routine.

Agencies have wrestled with the same problem for years: a separate login, a separate notes page and a separate report for every client. With three clients it works; with twelve it falls apart. This guide explains what the inTusell Agency Panel does and how an agency uses it in daily work, from adding a client to support mode, and from the churn risk card to the partner commission.
Quick answer
The inTusell Agency Panel is where partner agencies manage client accounts from one screen. You open a client account with a company name and sector, and it starts on the trial; the top cards show total clients, MRR from paying subscriptions, high churn risk accounts and team seats. A 30-minute support mode lets you enter a client’s panel; every entry is logged.
What is the Agency Panel, and who is it for?
inTusell is an AI sales assistant and CRM that answers messages on WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat, books appointments and opens orders, and follows each customer through the sales pipeline; it is not a simple chatbot. The Agency Panel is for teams that set up and run this product on behalf of several businesses:
- Social media and digital marketing agencies that run Instagram and WhatsApp sales for their clients
- Consultants who provide setup and maintenance for e-commerce and clinic clients
- Groups with several branches or brands that want to keep each one in a separate account
The panel opens in the account of agencies accepted into the partner program.
Adding a client
The "Add New Client" button asks for two things:
| Field | Meaning | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Company Name | The name of the client account | Use the brand name the client actually uses |
| Sector | The account’s sector setup | Always pick one: the AI’s tone, the sales pipeline, the customer details to collect and the menu follow the sector |
New clients start on the trial. A paid plan is chosen with payment on the client’s Billing & Plan page.
The sector choice is the most important decision. In an account set up as a clinic, appointments come first in the menu and the AI does not diagnose; in an e-commerce account, orders and store connections appear. If none of the preset sectors fits, the client account has a "Tailored to your business" option: you describe the business in one sentence and get a suggested sales pipeline and custom fields. You can see every sector setup on the solutions page.
Top cards: what do you track?
| Card | What it tells you | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Total Clients | The number of accounts linked to your agency | Has setup been completed for newly added accounts? |
| MRR | Monthly total of subscriptions being paid (from plan prices) | Trial and unpaid accounts count as 0; the card shows real revenue |
| Churn Risk | The number of accounts with high churn risk | Open the high risk account and look at its last activity |
| Seats | Total team members across client accounts | A client whose team never logs in may be stuck in setup |
Churn risk is an estimate built from two signals: the account’s last activity date and how much of its monthly quota it uses. An account with no activity for more than 30 days shows as high risk, one active in the last 7 days as low risk; an account that uses only a very small share of its quota counts as at least medium risk.
You can filter the list by plan and churn risk and search by client name.
Support mode: safe entry into the client’s panel
When a client says "this isn’t working in the panel", you don’t ask for a screen share; you press the support mode button on the client’s detail page:
- You enter the client’s panel temporarily; a bar at the top of the screen says you are in support mode.
- The session lasts 30 minutes and closes on its own when the time is up. When you log out, every open support session is revoked.
- Each entry is written to the client’s audit log. The client sees in their own log who entered and when; changes made during the session are also recorded in the log of the screen where they happened.
This trail is the basis of trust between the agency and the client. The audit log cannot be deleted from the panel and is kept for 365 days.
Pricing and partner commission
The product sets no limit on how many clients you can connect. Each client account runs on the message and voice minute quota of its own plan; plans differ only in these quotas and in storage, and channel count is never charged on any plan. Plan details are on the pricing page.
In the partner program you earn a 30% lifetime commission on payments from the clients you bring. Commission is calculated on the amount excluding VAT and moves to your available balance 30 days after the client pays. Once your available balance is at least 500 TRY and you have at least 3 paying clients, you request the payout from the panel yourself; after the request is approved, it is sent to your bank account.
Daily routine
A simple order used by field teams:
- Check the cards: Have MRR and the number of high churn risk accounts changed since yesterday?
- Open the high risk account: When was the last activity, and how is quota usage? A channel connection may have dropped.
- Finish half-done setups: Is a channel connected, is the knowledge base filled? If needed, enter with support mode and look at it together.
- Use support mode only when needed: Every entry is logged; telling the client in advance why you are entering protects trust.
What it is not
- It is not a billing tool that invoices on the client’s behalf. Each account runs on its own plan.
- It is not hidden access. Every support mode entry shows up in the client’s audit log.
- It is not a simple chatbot panel. Every client account runs the AI sales assistant, inbox, sales pipeline and appointment or order flow.
Frequently asked questions
Who gets the Agency Panel?
It opens in the account of agencies accepted into the partner program. From the panel you create client accounts, follow every client’s status in one list and, when needed, enter a client’s panel with support mode.
How many client accounts can I manage?
The product sets no limit. Pricing does not depend on the number of clients; it depends on the message quota, voice minutes and storage of each client account’s own plan.
How long does support mode last, and does my client see it?
It lasts 30 minutes; when the time is up the session closes on its own, and when you log out every open session is revoked. Each entry is written to the audit log, and the client sees in their own audit log who entered and when.
What does the MRR card count?
It counts only subscriptions that are being paid, using plan prices. Accounts on a trial or without payment count as 0 in MRR, so the card shows real revenue.
How is churn risk determined?
It looks at the client’s last activity date and how much of the monthly quota they use. An account with no activity for more than 30 days shows as high risk, one active in the last 7 days as low risk; an account that uses only a very small share of its quota counts as at least medium risk.
Can I earn commission as an agency?
Yes, through the partner program. You earn a 30% lifetime commission on payments from the clients you bring; each commission moves to your available balance 30 days after the client pays, and you request a payout from the panel once you have at least 3 paying clients. Details are on the partner page.
