Phase 4 release: agency panel, conversation modes, KVKK

Phase 4 release notes: one screen for agencies to manage clients, four modes that control the AI per conversation, and a KVKK deletion flow with no ticket.

A software team toasts with tea glasses on release evening; four brass padlocks stand in a row on the table.

A year ago we built inTusell as an Instagram DM assistant. With Phase 4 we moved to a release that serves agencies, teams and KVKK (Turkey’s data protection law) officers at the same time. These release notes cover the three main modules and why they shipped together.

Note: These release notes were published on April 14, 2026 and updated on October 12, 2026 to match today’s product. Everything whose name or behavior has changed since then is written as it works today.

Quick answer

Summary

Phase 4 brought three modules: the Agency Panel, where partner agencies follow their client accounts from one screen; four conversation modes (Live, Approval, Shadow, Paused) that control the AI separately in each conversation; and a KVKK data deletion flow started from the panel. All three give the business control: who sees what, when the AI writes, when data is deleted.

Agency panel: "I have 15 clients, I need to see them all in one place"

This was the clearest feedback from partner agencies. Today the Agency Panel offers:

  • Top cards: total clients, MRR calculated from paying subscriptions, the number of high churn risk accounts and team seats
  • List, filters and search: filter by plan and churn risk, search by client name
  • New client: open a client account with a company name and sector; it starts on the trial, and a paid plan is chosen with payment on the client’s Billing & Plan page
  • Support mode: a temporary 30-minute entry into the client’s panel; each entry is written to the client’s audit log

The client sees in their own audit log when the agency entered their panel. For detailed use, see the agency panel guide.

Four conversation modes: control the AI in each conversation

The worry "the AI writes unchecked and gives the customer the wrong price" was holding some teams back. Conversation modes solve this per conversation; the mode is changed from the selector on the conversation card and applies only to that conversation:

  1. Paused: the AI does not write in that conversation at all; messages wait for you in the inbox
  2. Shadow: the AI generates a reply but nothing is sent; it is for watching the model
  3. Approval: the AI drafts the reply, and nothing is sent until you approve or edit it
  4. Live: the AI replies to the customer itself

Today there is also a layer above this: across the whole account you choose how much the AI does with the Intern, Senior and Full approval modes. New accounts start in Intern (healthcare accounts in Full approval; education providers can choose it at setup): the AI sends replies itself and asks you before a cancellation or refund. Promotion from Intern to Senior is a suggestion; you make the call.

The same release also brought support mode: when the AI detects a complaint, it sets the sales tools aside and switches to a support tone; once the complaint is resolved or the customer shows intent to buy again, it goes back to selling.

KVKK deletion: no support ticket needed

The old flow was an email, a support ticket and a deletion run by hand. Today’s flow:

Business Info › Danger Zone › Delete tenant → confirm with the business name → queue → nightly deletion job
  • The request enters the queue right away; when an account is deleted, a notification email goes out.
  • The deletion job runs every night; deletion starts within 24 hours at most.
  • Deletion order: messages, conversations, deals, contacts, products, orders, audit, business account.
  • Once the request is in the queue it cannot be undone; financial records are kept for the legal period and their link to the person is removed.

The full flow is in the KVKK data deletion request post. Before deleting, you can download your data as JSON with Download My Data (KVKK).

Why did the three modules ship together?

On the surface they look independent, but what they share is giving control to the business: the agency gets permission to see its clients, the team gets graded oversight of the AI, and the end user gets a say over their data. That was the thesis of Phase 4: trust cannot be automated; it is built with a control interface.

What came after?

Some of what went live after Phase 4:

  • Turkish and English panel: panel and help texts in both languages
  • Decisions page: everything waiting for your decision (handoffs, replies awaiting approval, receipts) in one list, oldest first
  • Linking WhatsApp with a QR code or an 8-character linking code: with your existing number, without waiting for Meta Business approval; the official WhatsApp line (Cloud API) opens after Meta approval
  • Store connections (beta): answering product, stock and order questions from the connected store

Frequently asked questions

Which modules did Phase 4 bring?

Three modules: the Agency Panel, where partner agencies follow their client accounts from one screen; four conversation modes (Live, Approval, Shadow, Paused) that control the AI separately in each conversation; and a KVKK data deletion flow started from the panel. The same release also brought support mode, which kicks in when a complaint is detected.

What is the difference between conversation modes and Intern, Senior and Full approval?

A conversation mode applies to a single conversation only and is changed from the selector on the conversation card. Intern, Senior and Full approval set how much the AI does across the whole account; new accounts start in Intern, healthcare accounts in Full approval; education providers can choose Full approval at setup.

What does the AI do in Approval and Shadow mode?

In Approval mode the AI drafts the reply, and nothing is sent until you approve or edit it. In Shadow mode the AI generates a reply but nothing is sent; it is for watching the model.

Can a KVKK deletion request be undone?

No. Once the request enters the queue it cannot be undone. The deletion job runs every night, so deletion starts within 24 hours at most; financial records are kept for the legal period and their link to the person is removed.

Does the client see it when the agency enters with support mode?

Yes. Support mode is a temporary 30-minute entry into the client’s panel, and each entry is written to the client’s audit log; the client sees in their own log who entered and when.
